Foolishly I go here often because the location is ideal. However, over half the time there is something wrong with my order; ranging from items missing, food being below room temp and unsafe to eat, or the wrong items all together. Just today, I got home and found out a breakfast sandwich was missing from my regular order. This is only 3 weeks after management insisted that they were working on improving service. It was not busy, there was no line at the drive through. I should have double checked, so I guess that's my own fault. But I'll look for another place to grab quick breakfast sandwiches that doesn't require me to audit even the most basic action of customer service.
