  I went through the drive-thru and they have AI taking orders. Pretty frustrating when it doesn’t understand half of the time. Additionally, upon arriving at the window, I got the wrong donuts. They “fixed” it for me but before I drove off, I noticed it was still incorrect. I parked and tried going inside but the doors to the lobby were closed. It’s 5pm on Sunday and they claim to close at 9pm. The blinds were down as well. Very frustrating experience.

  The service was terrible. I had made a online mobile order and when I went up to the drive through they told me I needed to go inside. So I go in the building to pick up my order and I wait for a long time to pick my mobile order. Then they only gave me 1 box when I ordered an original glaze and a classic assortment. I told them I had 2 boxes of donuts. The lady looked upset and grabbed a glaze donut dozen for me. I walked out to my car and checked the donuts to fine out she gave me the incorrect assortment of donuts. I walked back in and told them I wanted the classic assortment of donuts and they were not the correct ones. They lady there said you got your classic ones you asked for. I said no this is incorrect on the assortment they are the speciality donuts that I did not want. She did not help me at all and was very mean and she didn't understand me at all. I took the donuts and I said this was not the right order and I told her I was not happy with the service today at all. I took the donuts and left. No one today was nice or helpful. Very disappointed with the staff and they didn't want to help or fix the mistake they had made.

  we ordered a classic assorted dozen and we got all the wrong donuts. it’s supposed to have 2 classic glazed, 2 chocolate sprinkle, 2 strawberry sprinkle, 2 cream filled, 2 raspberry filled and 2 chocolate. we got 2 maple, 2 cinnamon sugar, 1 raspberry filled, 1 cream filled, 3 chocolate, 1 strawberry sprinkle, and 2 chocolate sprinkle. we went in and asked for the 2 glazed that it came with (not realizing that the entire box was wrong) and the lady was rude and told us we were wrong, even though we had the menu pulled up and showed her. she gave us 2 glazed donuts reluctantly. would not go back to this location based on the service and product we got.

  We ordered online. 6 out of the 12 doughnuts were incorrect. I was pretty irritated about it because they advertised everything as available, we picked it up in the morning, and they were still out of everything. Not to mention some of them were so ugly.

  I called and placed an order for 100 donuts on Monday and they said I could pick it up Wednesday by 4 o’clock but when I showed up, they said they never got an order and Wouldn’t be able to do it. I love their donuts, but this was extremely disappointing because I had an activity planned at 6 PM so this only gave me two hours to figure out what I could do instead.
