- CKCaitlin Knoop6 days ago3.0I’ve been to this location three times since it’s the closest to my house, and unfortunately two of those visits were noticeably negative. During my first visit, the service was really uncomfortable to watch. There were only two customers—me and another person waiting for a dozen bagels that needed to be made fresh. After I placed my simple order, the employee brought me to the register but then immediately called the other customer over to check him out, even though his order wouldn’t be ready for at least 10 minutes. Her coworker seemed confused and asked why she was ringing him up before finishing my order or letting him continue waiting. Instead of explaining calmly, she got visibly annoyed, snapped at him, and even rolled her eyes right in front of both of us. It made the whole situation super awkward and felt really unprofessional. My most recent visit wasn’t as dramatic, but the service still wasn’t great. Again, it was just me and one other customer. I ordered a muffin and a bagel, and the employee simply turned around, handed it to me with a quick “here,” and moved on. No have a good day, no thank you, nothing. She did the exact same thing with the next customer. Not rude, just extremely unfriendly. She also put an excessive amount of cream cheese on my bagel—like maybe half an inch thick—which I had to scrape off. After two out of three visits being uncomfortable or unpleasant, I feel like the customer service at this location is consistently below what it should be. It’s disappointing because it’s the most convenient location for me, but the overall experience just hasn’t been good.
