  After calling 3 locations and them telling me they do not deliver to my address, I finally called this location and spoke with Cynthia. She also stated they do not deliver to my address, but she would be more than happy to deliver to my address. She was very patient and understanding with my needs and frustrations. Thank you Cynthia.

  I got a delicious custom ordered pizza, served hot and fresh. I even was mistaken and the guy was understanding and accommodating. 1/5 bout 11am. 👍

  This is likely the last time I will pay for dominos. Food quality left much to be desired. Very little in the way of toppings, the piece I had had one single piece of meat. The crust was over done and not garlicky as ordered.

  My elderly grandparents (both in their 80s) went into this Domino’s today to order a pizza that was advertised as on sale. Because they are on a fixed income, they rely on sales and coupons to be able to afford eating out occasionally. When they tried to order in person, the staff told them they “had to order through the app.” Like many seniors, they don’t know how to use a smartphone app or online ordering. They even called a family member from inside the store to place the order for them — which already shows how uncomfortable and confused this policy made them feel. After the order was placed, the total came out to $30 (not the sale price advertised). When my grandmother tried to get the employee’s attention to ask about the price, she was told again to “just use the app,” and was spoken to rudely — no assistance, no patience, no customer service. They ended up walking out without any food, embarrassed and feeling like they were a burden. This is unacceptable. Elderly customers should never be dismissed or treated as an inconvenience. A business dealing with the public should know how to calmly assist seniors — especially when THEY are the ones told to use technology they don’t understand. Customer service means helping the customer, not pushing them out the door.
