- JKJessica Key2 days ago2.0Music is so unnecessarily loud. I couldn't hear the worker over it. I got maybe a quarter bag of stale chips, unseasoned steak, and the bathrooms were locked. All I was told was 'maybe someone is in there'. They were locked the whole time we were here.
- CHChris H.5 days ago2.0I placed an order on the website, arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready, went to the place where they put Pick Up orders and it wasn’t on the rack. I asked the cashier, she said they needed a few minutes for it to come out. I waited a few minutes. She said they had no order under my name. I went through the line to re-order the same thing I had placed online only to find it by the time I got to the cash register the same girl remembered that my order was hidden behind another order. What should’ve taken two minutes took over 15 minutes and was quite frustrating.
