    Food is great but we just had a weird situation. Ordered drive thru and when we came up to the window they gave us the wrong order. Not a big deal but we didn't notice until after we dug through the bag, snacked on some fries, and basically touched everything as we looked through to find our stuff. Then we got their attention. They apologize and then took the bag back. No big deal. But then I watched them hand the bag that we just had to someone inside... Like sorry random stranger, promise we are clean. Hope you don't mind missing a few fries. They did eventually give us our order and everything was accounted for. And it was as good as expected. So lesson here is maybe expect that your food might be shared with someone else. Who knows.

    Don't try the steak bites.They are not good and if you go to this arby's , you're gonna get terrible service from people that act like zombies

    Food was fine, other than medium fry was only half full. Young lady at the register didn't greet me or ask if I was ready to order, so I assumed she was finishing up another task. After several minutes, she asked "Do you need more time?" Surprised that she was waiting on me, I ordered and waited for my food. Wait was average for most Arby's. When she called my name, I grabbed my bag and said "Thank You" to which she waved goodbye. Just seemed very cold. Maybe I have too high of expectations as far as customer service & friendliness goes in retail. 🤷‍♂️

    I had a great time. The food was exactly how I ordered it and put together like I had made it myself. I'm pretty picky too.
