  I have visited four different locations of Einstein Bagels, and the establishment in Sandy stands out as the finest. It consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization, and the employees are exceptionally courteous. During my recent visit, there was an error with my order. I must admit that I was quite upset due to my time constraints, which resulted in my frustration and less-than-cordial demeanor. However, George, the employee who assisted me, was remarkably apologetic and promptly resolved the issue. He managed to remain calm and professional throughout our interaction, displaying commendable kindness despite my initial rudeness. To further alleviate the situation, he offered a complimentary muffin as a gesture of goodwill.   I ordered to pick up bagel. A veggie bagel with jalapeño bread which was a dollar extra and I added cream cheese for also a dollar extra when I got there they told me they ran out of jalapeño bagels and when I started eating my sandwich, they put hardly any cream cheese on it. Which was very disappointing as it was a dollar extra. The manager was super nice about the bagel part and offered to give me a free juice, but I did not go for a juice. I just wanted breakfast. The cheese bagel was not what I wanted at all. I’m super disappointed that there was Barely any cream cheese and I did not get the bagel that I wanted. I am now wondering if I could please get a refund? Can someone reach out so we can resolve this.

  If you've never been here before, the begals are quite a bit smaller than the pictures make them look/you'd expect for the price Great cream cheese, good options Begals more on the tougher side for my preference They really only have begals, couldn't even just get a side of egg and bacon it HAD to be on a begal 😂

  I was surprised at what I received for my money at this location! The bagels had only enough schmear on them to stick the halves together. Not much! The photo shows how when I separated the halves, some of the schmear stuck to one side, leaving plain bagel exposed. You can see how very thin the application is. When the two halves were together, ZERO schmear showed along the edges. A decent bagel will have an obvious schmear layer. Other Einsteins give you an expected amount of schmear. This location is ridiculous about how little is given. I supposed that they are trying to save money on their expense for their ingredients. Good job! You saved a few pennies by skimping but you have lost lots and lots of real money from the fact that I would never buy anything at this location again.

  I thought the food was great! We ordered bagel breakfast sandwich + coffee for $8.99. Since we don’t drink coffee, we substituted a drink instead and that tagged another $4 onto each of our orders. Wasn’t expecting to pay that much for a breakfast sandwich, but the food was still good. The bagels were excellent so we ordered a dozen to go.
