The worst Dairy Queen! We got coupons in the mail, since it's in the neighborhood we decided to go, only to find out they don't take coupons? They're the only Dairy Queen around for miles...why would they mail out coupons and not take them? It's the slowest service, usually only 2 people working and it sucks. I love DQ ice-cream but will never go to this location.

After waiting in line for 45 minutes, waiting at the speaker for 10 of those without hearing anything from an employee, at the window on free ice cream day, they asked for my card. I assumed it was for the donation, so I handed it over and said there was 3 of us in the car. They charged me for one ice cream cone with topper, and refused to make me any more ice cream or refund me for the poorly made cone, that was only halfway dipped. They laughed in my face when I said I did not place an order for anything, and was charged with zero context. I honestly feel super scammed by the lack of communication and the horrible service I received. If they told me at the speaker they were done doing free cones I would have understood, but no one spoke to me until we waited in confusion for someone to come back to the window. The manager was incredibly rude and basically told us to get out of his drive through with zero rectification. This location has had disappointing service that I have brushed off for a while now, between terrible customer service, and horrible food quality (I've had a strawberry milkshake that I'm pretty certain was only milk at best) I have brushed it off for a while now, however its super clear it is terrible fundamentally. The employees lack any sense of urgency or customer service. An entire day meant for charity and customer retention was wasted on them.

I went in today to redeem the advertised free ice cream cone, which clearly states that no purchase is required unless the location is inside a mall. This was not a mall location, yet I was told there was a $10 minimum purchase required to receive the “free” cone. This location has never enforced anything like this before, so I was genuinely surprised and disappointed. I had already told my child we could go get a free ice cream, only to leave empty-handed. It was an upsetting experience and honestly a shame

I came here on March 19 for the free ice cream cone and they said that they were not participating but on the app it shows that they clearly were. It was truly very disappointing because I came all this way and I wanted to treat my kids to some ice cream for doing so well in soccer and for a little bonding time! but instead the person in the front counter lied to my face and in front of my children. I feel like their tone was very passive aggressive It seemed like they were tired of people coming in and out just for some free ice cream. Before I got to the line, to tell them my order. I saw them handing out free ice cream cone even to the people in the drive way and to the past people in the line. I don’t understand why they lied which makes me even more angry. This was very irritating and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I am extremely disgusted by their behavior. I ended up going somewhere else and bought my kids some free ice cream in a different Dairy Queen location and they seemed more than happy to serve us. I strongly urge people to not go to this deceptive location. It was such a waste of time I would not bother no matter if it’s the closest location or not.

March 19 is free cone day at Dairy Queen so we came in assuming cones would be free. We stood in the long line got to the counter. The Mexican guy said no free cones we pulled up the app. The app says free cone day all day long. he then shot us down and told us to get out of line. Everyone was there for free cones. There’s no way they were just shooting everyone down on free cones. Dairy Queen is sad not the first time we’ve had issues not to mention. The restaurant is ran down 30 floors kitchen lights off bathroom gross just saying Dairy Queen going downhill.
