They had one guy assembling all the food and the cashier just stood there waiting to ring people up. Disgusting kitchen area -Stacks of dishes, spilled food all over the assembly table, and they were scraping the bottom of the crusty dishes to serve up our food. All these signs told me to go find food somewhere else but I chocked it up to a busy night and went ahead with my order. Eating the food- The Al Pastor chicken had a chunk of fat the size of a quarter that was not edible or appetizing. Also found small chips of wood in the dish that were a joy to bite down on. 3 bites in and I’ve lost my appetite. Waste of time, waste of money. I’ll pass on this location from this point!

This is not only disgusting but completely unacceptable from a restaurant that serves the public. Food safety and hygiene should be the absolute priority, and this incident shows a severe lack of quality control. We trusted this location for a meal, and instead we were exposed to a serious health risk. I cannot recommend this restaurant, and I hope management addresses this immediately to prevent it from happening to anyone else.
