People here are just amazing, but there's always one or two who stand out and I want to make sure Mikey gets the recognition he deserves. Incredible customer service since he picked up the phone, making sure I felt appreciated as a customer even when he hasn't seen my face ever, but that was just the start; when I stepped in the actual place, he was super cordial, knowledgeable, servitial and nothing felt acted; you can tell he's genuine in his character. Great element, guys; I'm glad he's been going up the ladder and I'm sure he'll be doing even better/greater things for/with the company.
