My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner on 1/3/26. The staff were friendly but lacked experience. We ordered an appetizer, salad and a main course. All 3 items came out at the wrong time and the main course was incorrect. The server seemed shocked when we told him we don't want all 3 courses at once. Also when you go to a restaurant like this you expect the staff to look a certain way. Some of the staff's apperance was very off-putting because many of them lacked several teeth and had facial tatoos and facial piercing. It felt more like I was eating at a late night Dennys instead of a nice Italian restuarant. Not sure I'd go back

Spoke with Oscar (the manager) after having my meal delivered from DoorDash they sent half the food because they were out of the additional item. Oscar told me it wasn’t his problem and that he was too busy to help me resolve this issue. Additionally, what food did come wasn’t good. So obviously I’d recommend going to a better run establishment with better food.

Dined in here on Christmas Day, and I’m so glad we chose this restaurant for dinner! Alexandra was both the hostess and our waitress, and she was absolutely amazing—sweet, pleasant, and so patient while running the front and taking care of customers at their tables. You could tell she was working hard, and she still made everyone feel welcomed and taken care of. Huge shoutout to the chefs in the back, too—being open and delivering great food on Christmas is no small thing, but everything was excellent. The drinks and food were truly 10/10. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner here and really appreciate that they were open. Highly recommend! 🎄🍽️🥂

This meal was disappointing, which was frustrating given the high expectations. I ordered the Gluten free filet mignon medium and requested mashed potatoes instead of the fingerlings. I wasn’t told they were out of mashed potatoes until the meal arrived, and the fingerlings were served instead. The fingerlings tasted burned, and the filet had a strong burned flavor on top, which made it unenjoyable. For a $52.99 dish with a very small portion size, this was especially disappointing. I want to be clear that this was not the fault of our waitress, Ashley. She was kind, attentive, and doing her best during what was clearly a very challenging day. The restaurant was out of several items due to a shipment issue, and the kitchen seemed to be struggling overall. I didn’t send the food back because the staff already appeared overwhelmed, but the experience still fell short. The ambiance was nice, but the food quality and communication were the main issues. Ashley handled a difficult situation professionally, and I appreciated her effort. I’m not sure if I would return.

The service was good, and the atmosphere was decent when they weren't playing country music...in an italian restaurant. But the food was overpriced and bland. The tomatoes in the caprese salad seemed like some impossible combination of underripe and overripe hothouse tomatoes. And on a Monday at lunch time, they were out of lasagna. How does an italian restaurant not have enough lasagna on a Monday morning to have any left by noon?! Really?! This place was a disappointment. I feel bad for the server who did an admirable job despite the poor food and mismanagement.
