  Went through the drive thru and they had us waiting a while to order. There was only one car a head of us. By the time we got our food and got home I found my nuggets were not fresh at all they were dry and hard lik they were sitting under a warmer for way too long. The fries were at least fresh. This is not the first time i have had issues with their evening crew messing up orders, handing out wrong bags, or having long wait times. The only reason I added a star is because the morning crew has always been very promt for me no wait, food ready very quickly and the right food everytime. But everytime we go in the evening there has been something wrong.

  Had people complain about this place, even knew somone who worked there. So I shall complain on mine and their behalf to avoid retaliation. They told me how hardly no one speaks English (they said they were the only native speaker there for their shift) and even managers would have to ask them for help speaking with customers. Because of this everyone avoids registers and drive-thru like the plague. And mistakes abound due to miscommunication. I didn't believe it until I saw it, waiting in the lobby around for someone to help, and just like other reviews. This is definitely treated like a drive thru only location. Even then I am told there can be a wait since no one wants to talk to anyone, literally. The individual I know also complained about the lack of training, that they weren't trained? But just watched people work and had to train themselves. They complained a few times they would be left alone to do everything while everyone else stood or sat in the back or office. They also mentioned all the health code violations or things they were told to keep quiet about. Especially when inspection time happened. Frosty machine icing over, fries and nuggets NEVER being swapped out unless they ran out, improper storage of food, sometimes individuals preparing food WITHOUT gloves (sometimes managers did that?!?!) I thought they were exaggerating, that they needed to vent. But after my visit I believe them wholeheartedly. The only last thing the worker had to say when I told them I was writing this was "Tina is awesome." For my experience, long wait times and seeing how the food was handled. I just left, wasn't worth it. 0/5 the same number of cares I have to give to go back here.

  Food was fast but room temperature, burger was poorly made and onion only on the outside with too much ketchup. Soad machine was watery and came out warm, no ice in one machine. Every time I come here the soda is week and warm, and that's like the past 5 years. Location is nice and the view is beautiful. Cashier didn't talk much and took forever to come to the counter. Overall would avoid most at costs. 2pm 4/6/26

  Couldn't get order correct. One soda machine has no ice and is warm, when the other machine was not mixing correct proportions of syrup. Staff extremely argumentative. Ants near condiments.
