  Food tasted fine. But most recent time I went here the burritos I ordered had way less filling then usual. I don’t know if this is a location thing or a brand thing but very disappointing. It’s hard to get cheap fast food now and Taco Bell remained one of the last places. Perhaps no longer

  Stopped by 4/20 at 7:30am roughly Cali breakfast wrap + regular bacon The team member in drive was upbeat and kind. Unfortunately after getting home to eat the cheese and bacon to both wraps was extremely cold like it still needed to be thawed out. :( Maybe it was a late start?

  If I order an item without creamy jalapeño sauce, you put it on the receipt AND WRITE IT ON THE INDIVIDUAL BAG, yet it’s still full of that sauce and now my breakfast is in the trash. That sauce makes my stomach so upset, which is why I ask for none of it. What I don’t understand is why you wrote it on the item and still put the sauce in anyway.

  Never had any truly major issues with the food aside from the occasional missed ingredient or item. Drive through is also usually fine. But every time I walk into the lobby to pick up an order, its like they just found out they have a lobby. You go up to the counter and just get a look of bewilderment from employees that otherwise ignore you

  Recently went in and had food, they gave me the wrong chips and refused to fix it. Then while I was eating a smelly homeless man walked in and they immediately let him into the bathroom. The homeless guy spent 15 to 20 minutes in the restroom and then used a empty taco bell cup to play with the drink machine and after that he sat in a booth with no food, just smelling up the place. Good thing I was done eating. All the employees let that happen. Why do they even bother to lock the restrooms?!?!?
