  The manager here threatened to beat me up because I said I wasn’t going to pay 30 cents for a water cup. Then the lady who took my order said that I was complaining over 30 cents because I’m to broke. This is a disgusting place. Both Taco Bell and KFC need to have higher standards.

  This location never ceases to disappoint, with poor service, and food preparation. It's like they don't care. Today, my crispy taco was shattered into 10 pieces, more like a taco salad. They either did it when they made it, or when they mashed the lid down on the box it came in. Other times it's a really sloppy burrito, with messed up ingredients, or rancid cinnamon twists, or something missing all togetther. And service is almost always poor, with no napkins, or requested taco sauce, and really curt attitudes. I'd stopped going here for the reasons just mentioned, along with the crazy high prices. But today I decided to try the new, more reasonably priced $5 crave box. Bad idea. They're just as bad as they've always been. It's not a "deal" if the quality and service stink. I used to be a huge fan of Taco Bell. But with the crazy high prices, and lousy food prep and service, they're nothing like they used to be.
