- AAAngelMar 27, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Papa John’s. I ordered a pizza and cinnamon bites, and when I arrived, the employee at the front completely ignored me. She kept walking around and answering phone calls without even acknowledging I was there. Another worker had to step in and tell her to help me. What really bothered me was the lack of hygiene. The employee was handling pizza dough with no gloves, touching the computer and keyboard, then going right back to the dough without washing her hands. None of the staff were wearing gloves, which is honestly disgusting. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was unacceptable. Poor customer service and questionable cleanliness. I won’t be coming back.

No answer. Finally I drive over and it turns out my food has been ready for quite a while. It's now no longer hot. I asked the employee why I was notified. "Oh that happens sometimes". Done, never again will I order from PJ. I deleted the app and have blocked their emails. ✌️
