  Best McDonald’s in Utah. Always quick with taking orders and processing them correctly. I have rarely ever had anything missing or incorrect at this location. I will avoid other McDonald’s just to go to this location. Happy and helpful workers as well. Keep it up this location!

  After placing a mobile order I proceeded to the drive thru to obtain my order. After being directed to the drive-thru holding area and waiting 20 minutes, I still hadn’t received my order and was becoming upset. I went inside and was immediately greeted by a young lady who was very professional and she deeply apologized as the person in front of me in line had taken my food (by mistake?). Quickly, Aaron Acosta (GM?) came up to me and sincerely apologized for all the confusion. I have to admit I was a bit upset and shaking from hunger but he reassured me my $19.44 order would be remade free of charge. He also offered another complimentary meal during a return visit. I can not say enough about how this bad situation was turned around for the good. Something that appears to be a lost opportunity in today’s world. I highly recommended this McDonalds for the attentive service and quick actions to rectify my situation. Today, I had to return to thank them and obtain my complimentary meal.   I placed an order through the mobile app and left empty handed. After checking in on time and waiting for my food I was told that it would not be made since they didn’t have my order. After discussing, it turns out they had my order but “weren’t able to see it”. Keep in mind, this was after I had already checked in. Had to leave empty handed since my order was not fulfilled, and I didn’t receive an alternative. Would advise staying away from this location
