  Went thru drive thru ordered huntrix meal big arch Qp+c lrg fries extra 10 piece nugget……… did not get the shaker fries in the huntrix meal did not get the extra 10pc nugget or sauces and the person on the phone when I called was disrespectful ALSO only people in drive thru and they made up park and wait 10 minutes!!!!!!

  Had a bad experience at the Park City McDonald's a week ago. I came into the 21st South and 9th East McDonald's and wow, they were so awesome. They made a mistake and so they gave me the corrected item but they also let me keep the item they made the mistake on in case I wanted it. Just very cool because it was the same mistake that was made in Park City, and in Park City they sent someone else to my car to demand the item before they would give me a new one and got upset at me because they rang it up wrong. I was very clear at what I said because the item they gave me, I was allergic to. I'm positive I did not order it. Anyway completely different situation here. Thank you!

  Came in around 7pm on a weekday. Only other person in the lobby was waiting at the counter for an order to be fixed. We ordered our food from the kiosk to find that the playground area's floor and most of the tables were covered in trash. I wiped down a table and consolidated all the items from one table so we could sit. After getting our food I went to snag some napkins to find the napkin dispenser was empty, the front counter was filthy and another person was waiting for an order to be fixed. The renovations are nice but it seems they've reduced their staff to one guy? The trash cans now are motion sensor but the table cleaning is certainly not automated. Had the Big Arch. It was actually pretty good, despite what the CEO seems to think about it.

  Every time I come to this McDonald's I go through drive through there is this girl named Maria who is absolutely such a light!!! No matter the time of day she is always kind and will always greet you with a smile!!! It kind of makes me sad now when I go and she isnt taking my order!!! Someone get her a raise!!!!!!!!!!!
