  Well this is sad because I’ve been getting breakfast from this location while I’ve been a medical student for the last 10 months 4 days a week. There’s been excellent service I’ve gone through the drive thru every time until today. I went inside and was entirely ignored for the first 15 minutes despite the girl at the end making eye contact with me. Not a smile, not a “I’ll be there in a few minutes” (mind you there was a woman waiting to order when I got there and she had been there longer than me and she wasn’t once acknowledged the entire time and left without ordering because everyone acted like we were invisible, absolute hideous customer services) there was nothing until I asked her if I could ask her a question. I had put in a mobile order 25 minute prior to getting there with drive through pick up , the drive through was backed up so I thought I’d run inside. The little girl said just a minute and 8 minutes later still did nothing to ask what I needed. It took me calling the store three times until someone answered to tell then I was standing there and needed help and I couldn’t find any other way to get anyone’s attention. Just to also see that my order hadn’t even started to be made. She lovely woman at the very end handing bags to people said that she was all alone at the end, I don’t know if this is a management problem for scheduling, but there’s also a very big attitude problem and a lack of customer service, coming from the younger girls I haven’t seen them before so I think they might be new? But very, very unfortunate experience that I haven’t had there, but when that will definitely keep me from coming back again.

  I showed up place an order for a large french fry and two hamburgers. My money was taken promptly. When are we the window where I should have received my order I sat there for 7 minutes. Could see everyone in the window laughing and joking picking up boxes talking to each other, not one person came to the window and said we are waiting on your hamburgers. I finally yelled into the window to get someone's attention. They told me well they couldn't do anything about that they were waiting for hamburgers. Which is fine, all I asked for was that someone should have come and told me that it was waiting for hamburgers being that it had been 7 minutes sitting at the window with not one present. I asked for his name he refused to give me his name and he shut the window. Needless to say, right after that, a girl brought me my order, and look dumbfounded that I was upset because not one person had come to tell me that I was waiting on food for over, by this time, 10 minutes. My fries were cold not even edible, and hamburgers they were supposedly waiting on were lukewarm. This is unacceptable customer service!! I will never be back to that McDonald's but I will reach out to the district manager and the manager tomorrow.

  It's got a play structure. I think some people have complained about the staff, but the truth is they keep the place clean and they are no-nonsense.

  Kid 🤮 and I told a employee did not clean or disinfect and floor whas a sticky a dirty don't come hiere
