What does it take to make a plane cheeseburger. Plain means. No condiments no pickles. And buy each time when I ordered lunch in drive. They never get it right. 7th or 8th time they have failed at making the easiest tocheeseburger.

Do not waste your time with this McDonald’s location. Every time I come here they mess my order up. I come here waited 30 minute and do not have tie to check my order and if it’s wrong have them fix it. Worst one ever

Past 3 times I've gone the workers in the drive through lied about not having items, if you order online you'll get it, but if you ask at the window they'll tell you they don't have it.

Unfortunately, it’s the closest McDonald’s to my house but I will probably travel the extra miles to 4100 S. and Redwood Tonight I literally ordered what I wanted off of the sandwich and somehow on the ticket they thought to put all of it on. They’re advertising the Mario happy meals, but are giving out crocs toys, which is disappointing and frustrating. Leave it off the menu if you don’t have it. It’s electronic put the crocs Happy meal backup. Secondary they messed up on my order in the drive-through with children. Why do you think I went through the drive-through but insisting on me to come inside only to get my order fixed that they messed up? The inconvenience of that is ridiculous as well. I understand they’re young and there’s a bunch of teenagers working there, but I worked at Mcdonald’s when I was 16 and I did my best. If there’s another Mcdonald’s another direction, I would save yourself a headache

I ordered my food at the help yourself kiosk and it doesn’t have options to add other condiments so as I finish adding other items I chose the options to pay at the counter. So went to the counter and told the staff to add the condiments I want it on my McDouble and finish paying for my order. I did tell Jose what I want it to add on the burger and his response was ( I’ll just tell the cook instead of charging me) and I said ok don’t forget and he said he won’t. Upon waiting after 20mins my order the McDouble was still missing the condiments, I went back to the counter when I told the manager that was on shift what happen she took the burger and threw it on the counter to the cooker to add the missing condiments. I was trying to get her attention I had no problem to pay for the extra but she brush me off like it didn’t matter what I was trying to tell her. Train her better in customer service including staffs how to work requests on register next time instead of the manager on shift kept going to the back and yelling from the back while you have a full order of customers thats been waiting for their orders etc and the lobby was a mess every table was not wiped. Also I wanted to dine in and my order was disgustingly sloppy packed in a to go small bag. My Large combo meal was fries on the bottom, then the arch burger following the McDoubles at top.
