  Good service but it feels like a homeless shelter inside. They smell, coughing, etc. The food usually old, the meat always cold and dry, rubber like often.

  Let people order door dash to walk into your dining room late to get food but not let guests of the hotels adjacent of the restaurant to walk across the street to get food even through the same dining room that door dash picks up from that’s is open to the public also. If door dash is picking up late then close your dining room or if your dining room is open late for door dash then welcome walk in to go orders!???

  I was confused when picking up an order since it was really late and all the doors were locked. I went to the drive through and the worker kept getting mad that I was trying to get my order. I understand it’s late but at least be nice

  This McDonalds has THE worst service. My fries were extremely cold. The person on the order machine was extremely rude, then the person taking payment wouldn’t give me my receipt, THEN cherry on top last person didint even speak to me, just gave me my food while having a conversation with someone in the back then slammed the widow. Don’t waste your time or money comming to this location, it’s never reliable.

  Before leaving the drive-thru, I specifically asked if everything in my order was there. One employee confidently said yes without checking. I trusted her. When I got home, about one-third of my order was missing, so I had to drive all the way back. When I returned to the window, it was the same employee. I told her several burgers were missing even though she had assured me everything was there. She said she wasn’t responsible for packing the order and had just assumed it was complete, then closed the window and walked away with attitude. No apology. Another employee came to the window and questioned whether I actually knew what was missing. I told her I had a photo and the receipt if she wanted to verify, but she refused to check and told me to just say what was missing. She also never apologized and said, “It doesn’t need to be that hard.” Exactly — it shouldn’t be that hard. If someone had simply checked the order when I asked the first time, I wouldn’t have had to waste time driving back to get food I already paid for. Basic customer service — like verifying an order and offering a simple apology — shouldn’t be this difficult.
