  Bunch of homeless people inside. I walked in and they’re was someone laying on the floor and the manager was cussing us out.

  This place normally does a decent job with customer service but this little blonde haired woman that wears a yellow apron, and claims to be the manager is awful! My son walked there to pick up our mobile order. When he arrived there was a male worker who spoke to him and said the order wasn't there because someone had already picked it up. My son called me and told me what was being said. I asked him to please talk to the manager and show them the confirmation of our order to see what could be done. He spoke to a little blonde woman that stated they did not receive the order on their end so there was nothing she could do about it. I advised my son to show her the confirmation information number and order info. He did and again she said I can't help it if I don't see it in my end. I then drove there and when I walked inside, I saw an order sitting on the counter. I turned it around and it was my order! The blonde lady walked up and I asked if this was my order that she said she didn't receive. She said she didn't know. I told her it was and I was upset that I had to drive there sick just to straighten this matter out. I asked why she didn't tell my son that this was his order and why she was telling my son she didn't receive our order. She said my son was lying and that she never said she didn't receive our order or that she could do nothing about it. I advised her that my son was not lying and I overheard her while I was on the phone. She raised her voice and was calling me Mama and saying that is not what happened. She was condescending and disrespectful. We took our food and it was completely cold! Im sure it was sitting there for so long that it got cold. Everyone knows McDonald's food is disgusting when it is cold. None of this should have happened. She should have been more professional and taken the time to speak with my son and myself in a professional manner and do what she could to remedy the situation. We will not be going back there and neither will any of my friends, coworkers or loved ones due to the disgusting lack of customer service and respect. Do your store a favor and lose the "manager" with the bad attitude and no customer service skills.
