- ISIan Smith3 days ago1.0This is not about the staff this is about management. They were out of water cups and told me to that I can buy a drink. I walked over to Jersey Mike's and they had water cups I grabbed extra and when went back to five guys another customer was asking for a water cup so I gave them the extra ones I brought. I told the staff it ridiculous that management couldn't give them the tools they need to do there job and put them in a position to deal with un happy customers. If you can provide your employees the tools do their jobs give away full cups instead.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
