That doesn’t make sense is that it’s a brand new store which means they’re under warranty. That is the only concern I have with this store please get the paper towel dispensers in the bathroom fixed

- JJJuniperOct 26, 20251.0Absolutely insane incident happened 10/26/25 5:30 pm me and my friend are sitting in a booth during our break and this little boy that’s sitting in the establishment because his mother is working comes up to my friend grabs a fist full of her hair and absolutely started swinging on her punching her and hitting her. Nobody saw or cared except this couple behind us who watched the whole thing happen. I informed the staff and they gave zero remorse or sympathy. I would love someone from a higher level of leadership to reach out to me and speak to me about this situation absolutely not okay and unacceptable I appreciate someone reaching back to me.
