I was waiting 15 minutes for my order walked up to the counter and asked how long it was gonna be and she said it was unpaid and made me pay another $13.50 on top of what I already paid to get my food I was not happy this place is not recommend
- ZPZach PerceyDec 21, 20251.0Wendy’s promotes and pushes their mobile app like crazy, yet when you actually try to use it, the receipt printers somehow always seem to be broken and delayed. If it’s actually broken I’d recommend higher management spend the time to fix it so the mobile orders can work the way they are advertised too, or if it isn’t broken dont lie about the machine being broken and be honest that you didn’t pay attention to any DoorDash or mobile orders coming through.

- KBKeegan BradfordDec 4, 20252.0This time they had forgotten a burger in my order and I had to wait almost 25 minutes to get it before I could head back to work, I even left early to miss the rush from Amazon and was late getting back from my break and had to use PTO to make up the difference. It wouldve been easier to just run in and grab the burger but this location likes to close their dining room early so I had to get in line with the crowd. This isn't the first time too, so I think I'll probably get lunch from somewhere else from now on.
