I went to the drive through today and they hand a warm Coke with no Ice after charging me. Then, they didn’t have any fries so I had to wait 20 minute just for them to forget to bring them outside like I was instructed to. I had to come in and ask for my fries and none of the personal had the gesture of at least apologized and it was not even busy when it happened. What a joke! Never coming back

I received two cheese and egg on English muffins. When I went back in to correct the mistake I received a sausage on an English muffin with NO cheese. I believe, this is due to the lack of communication. The United States was founded on being an English-speaking country. If the person behind the counter doesn't speak fluent English you will continue to have problems like this and that affects the bottom line ¿`_

Food is usually good and workers are generally nice. It doesn’t have the quickest service, but easy to get to especially with the freeway close by.

Always pretty good but definitely not the nicest or fastest Wendy’s around but it’s the closest to us so we’ll keep going. Excited about the new frosty flavors though!
