It got my order wrong, and by the time I got to the window and clarified, the staff person was understandably flustered and misunderstood what I actually wanted. The AI makes ordering take longer and seems to frustrate staff (and me!). Go inside to order - it’s not worth the drive thru hassle.

- ASAddy SlesserFeb 16, 20261.0one employee behind the counter like six orders on the screen and she was barely moving. a new doordash order popfinally get our order 20 min later just to get home and find out they give us the completely wrong burgers. how are you going to take that freaking long and not even get it right?and they gave us an extra frosty which i’m not complaining about but obviously they weren’t paying attention to what they were doing, two other employees came out to “help” from wherever they were hiding and we still had such an awful experience.

Go elsewhere with this prices and quality of food, there’s plenty of better options. Also, the older gal at the register is not very friendly. Stay away!!!
