I tried to order an apple pecan salad combo with a large frosty and a 6 piece chicken nuggets with a small lemonade. I somehow ended up with two extra fries and a large lemonade instead of a frosty. I am severely disappointed that Wendy's feels the need to replace humans with an AI that gets things wrong.

The cinnamon was so hard. My fork would not even go into it. It was old and stale. I called to speak to the manager. Mike told him about the problem and he said come back and get something. I said I don’t want something new. He did not apologize. I asked for the corporate number he did not give it to me. He only said 1888 I asked for a refund and he said he would give that I told him I’d be leaving a group review and he’s hung up on me. do not eat here they do not have good food quality they will serve do old stale cold food.
