I got a bean burrito with sour cream. There was no sour cream except for one giant glob at the bottom of the burrito. Seriously??! And don’t choose the “pay at counter” option unless you want to sit there for 15 minutes until someone finally asks what your order is and then tells you “oh, we can’t put the order in until you pay.” As if the kiosk thingy told me that.

Warning About Delays and Food Safety Concerns
I want to give everyone a heads-up about the consistent issues at this location. Every single time I (or other delivery drivers like Dashers, Uber Eats, and Grubhub couriers) pick up orders from here, there are major delays, sometimes up to 60-90 minutes. Not only that, but the food is often left sitting out on tables in the lobby, even after hours, without proper heat or protection. This is clearly a potential food safety issue and it’s frustrating for everyone involved.
If you’re considering ordering from here, just be aware that your food might be delayed and sitting out for a while before you get it. Hopefully management changes their approach soon, but until then, proceed with caution. Pictures are from Nov 15th, 1am-2:30am. I will be reporting this location to the health department and BBB. Staff said this is the way GM and District Manager want things done.

Terrible customer service in the drive through. Worker tried to upcharge us by acting like ground beef was not an option- only steak, asked multiple times without taking no for an answer when we said we did not want to pay for extra meat or additional toppings. Additionally, worker back talked (like “oh really? ordering xyz?” etc) multiple times, and made it difficult to order with their comments. Food was cold, toppings were light and in no way I could be convinced it was worth the price. Never going to taco bell again, this sucked. Not right that we spent 16 dollars per person here.

One of the worst experiences getting fast food of my entire life. $32 for a meal for 2 is already insane enough for Taco Bell, but having horrible drive-through service to top it off makes me certain I’ll never go to another Taco Bell, let alone this particular establishment, ever again.
