    Probably had the worst drive through experience I have ever had tonight. The night crew Manning the intercom was incredibly rude. Would add things I didn't ask for for every item I ordered, including trying to charge me for extra protein and sour cream that I didn't ask for and then acting offended when I told him to take it off. When I pulled up the to the window he didn't say anything to me for a moment and then rudely said, "come on, let's go!" In an aggressive voice despite not having said anything to me. They put one of our tacos upside down in the bag and all the ingredients fell out. I felt incredibly disrespected and I'm hard to displease.

    Decided to grab some tacos after a football game, Saturday night around 6:30. They were friendly, no problems there. But the cantina chicken tacos were horrendous. The bag was wet, and all of the tacos were soggy, amost like they dipped them all in water. So gross.

    Customer service was amazing and the guy at the window was super nice, but it seemed like whoever made the food had it out for me, I couldn’t even pick up the taco because it was crushed into 100 pieces and the chicken quesadilla looks like it had been smashed into a ball before thrown in the box, whoever was on shift that night needs to be fired.

    The evening staff on the window is terrible. I regularly visit this location. And I know that it is going to be a headache every time. This most recent visit they called us a liar and is routinely difficult to work with at the ordering window. I would rather eat somewhere else than deal with this person.
