He was making food, Taking people's cash and then going back to make more sandwiches all with the same pair of gloves on. You don't handle cash then touch people's food right after. Anytime you go from food to anything else the gloves should be changed and hands should be washed. He was absolutely besides himself when I asked him to change his gloves. He was working by himself Monday the 4th at 240pm. Please make him retake his food handler permit.
