  It took about 30+ minutes to get our sandwiches. It was absurdly long. DoorDash orders cut us in line and the cashier was incredibly slow at adding toppings and ringing customers up. Will not go back.

  Only having one person working during the lunch rush? Doing both in person and online orders? When you are located right next to the University of Utah? Manager really needs to think that through.

  The food is okay quality, it is definitely better than a lot of other "fast food" options that are out there, and most of the time the staff is pretty good about following guidelines and instructions from customers, at this location I've never had an issue with the staff and they are almost always very friendly, courteous and helpful. It is fairly reasonably priced, with a decent amount of options.

  Really appreciated the guy who made my sandwich. Had my pickup order ready early, right when I arrived! Very friendly too. Only gripe is they accidentally did regular bread when I online ordered Italian herb and cheese :(

  I like this location since it's conveniently located next to campus and offers reasonably priced food. I feel like campus is a food desert unless you want to pay inflated prices. So Subway being a block off campus is a nice alternative. However, mobile orders are so inconsistent. I usually want the same thing every time, and have it saved, so I figured it would be easier for both the employees and me. Today, everything was right, except for having unwanted lettuce. However, to the worker's credit, it seemed like her co-workers abandoned her, and she was running everything alone. Back in 2024, I ordered and then stopped after a while because one day they gave me a tuna sub instead of a turkey sub, which I had to throw away. It also smelled bad once I opened it, almost like putting canned cat food on bread. Then, even with the Turkey subs, when I pay for the extra Turkey, I don't even notice getting anything more than with the regular option. Then, if you want extra mayo, sometimes barely any at all, less than what you'd even expect for the regular option. A girl who worked there always got my order perfect, but I think she started working somewhere better. Another thing I've noticed over the years is that employees don't seem to stick around. During the few years of ordering, it sometimes seemed like you'd get new faces every week. From now on, it may be better to order in person, as we did in the past before the advent of phones, and then scan the QR code to redeem rewards.
