The ice machine was broken and the soda was warm. When requested a refund for a very poorly made sandwich they had to call a manager and have them explain how to do it. This is just insane to me.

They immediately greeted me upon entering, kindly asked what I would like and made friendly conversation throughout the interaction. The lobby is very clean, great selection of chips and cookies!! If you want Subway I highly recommend the 221 south 1300 east location 5/5!
