  Usually I love subway but I was not happy at all with my last visit to this location. The service I got was horrible and the sandwich was very disappointing. I have nothing good to say about my last visit and I'm mad I paid money for some girl to be so rude to me. She was not friendly or even happy at all that she had to help a customer. I don't think she should be working with the public with the attitude she had. I ordered a steak and egg footling and I only put 2 toppings on it, super simple. Well she put the eggs on but then just one scoop of steak not 2 like she should so it had like hardly any meat on it. They usually put on 2 scoops. I asked for one half pepper jack cheese and shredded on the other half she said no she could not do that. I always have gotten it that way every other time but I said ok. I asked for lots of olives she put very few like 8 on the whole sandwich and I asked her to put on a few more olives she rolled her eyes and added about 4 more. I asked for onions she put lots of them on there like really a lot. It was kinda weird. I went to eat my sandwich and took a bite into a frozen egg. Not just cold like frozen almost solid egg. So it wasn't even edible. So I drove back and took my sandwich back and she was like so mad she had to come out of the back to help me. I told her it was frozen and she acted like it was my fault or I did something wrong by wanting an edible sandwich. She was unwilling to make a new sandwich but she said she would put the sandwich in the microwave so she did that then she took it out dumped the toppings on A paper and put them In the microwave again and then slopped them back on the bread again and put it in the microwave for a 3rd time. Then pulled it out and threw it in a wrapper and handed it back to me like she didn't just totally destroy it. And said here problem solved. And gave me a rude look and disappeared to the back of the store. I tried to say something to her but she just kept walking. I was in disbelief that she was so rude and Inconciderate it made me so mad when I saw my sandwich that was now soggy but crispy at the same time. It was ridiculous. If I had more time I would have demanded my money back or gotten a number to her manager. Horrible service.

  They look so mean and they are rude! They wouldn’t help for awhile, they won’t give refunds if ordered on line they said.. but just one lady was nice about it..

  It says it's open 24 hours, but you arrive after 2 a.m. and there's no one there, and they tell you you have to wait 30 minutes. They're obviously doing this to avoid serving you. Definitely bad service.
