    It's Sonic, the drive through was fast and the food was good, wish they still had the garlic popcorn chicken things. The soda was large and tasted like soda. :)

    On October 20th at about 3:30 p.m. my family and I visited to sit and eat after a family outing like we did when my children were growing up only this time it was with my grandchildren too. We ordered at the kiosk and I paid at the kiosk. My total was $52.02 + a $2.00 tip. After some time of waiting an employee came out and said that my payment didn't go through and had a card reader in hand and wanted me to pay. I looked on my bank app which had a pending charge off $54.02. I showed the employee (as I've never seen a pending charge not go through) how it's been paid. He said that on the receipt that printed didn't have stars on it that meant it wasn't paid for. He didn't want to let me see the receipt and said that I needed to pay again to receive the food. I asked for a manager and he said that he was the manager. I didn't get his name unfortunately. I wasn't going to pay $108.04 to eat at sonic sorry it's not that spectacular. This employee wasn't rude about it but that charger still exists on my account and was finalized on October 21st. I tried the number that you put on all of your auto comments and well, that's been no help. So you and your company stole $52.02 and I thanked your employees with a $2.00 tip to steal my money. I hope you feel good about stealing my money and making me feel like a total fool in front of my family. Bye forever and thanks for not trying to take care of the customer. Be careful anyone who reads this. Don't let sonic and their employees steal your money.

    Very bad location. Last time we visited there was a lady wearing only a open hoodie. Naked going through the trash! I've gotten sick from the food before. Only get dri ks if I need to.

    Update: I got on sonics website the next day (it was working now) texted with customer service rep and within ten minutes amount was refunded to my card. Situation resolved but I will leave this here for those that should know this location is struggling. My order number was #1000366310384 I placed my order online and when I arrived at the store I parked at stall #5 I waited while the computer updated me arriving and it did so quickly. After waiting for about five minutes the computer screen said the order would be right out. We waited another five minutes and the order did not come and said it had been delivered on my app. I pushed the red button and after about two minutes someone came over the speaker saying "We are short staffed and only taking orders through the drive thru" and then it cut out. I pushed the button again so I could get a refund and the staff member simply repeated the same thing and did not even wait to listen to my request. The drive thru line was not moving at all and we simply had to leave after not being helped, after not getting our order and not getting a refund. We were at a concert that night and still had an hour to travel home. This whole ordeal took about 30 minutes thus delaying my return home. I Expect a refund. I would appreciate a call from Sonic corporate. I tried to get through to the website but now it is down. I am a completely blown away at this whole situation. I understand being short staffed having worked in food service myself. But being short on customer service is unacceptable
