  This pizza is SO good, BUT they left their Uber Eats availability as "ON" when they closed early for New Year's Eve and I'm suffering the consequences of that at the moment so 3 stars.

  I’m extremely frustrated with this experience. I ordered pizza and wings at 10:34 PM, and now it’s 12:07 AM and I still have not received anything. I received multiple notifications saying my order was on the way, yet nothing ever arrived. Two different Dashers tried to pick it up, and the restaurant still didn’t have my order ready. I called the restaurant twice with no answer, and I’m now out $60 for food I never received. The lack of communication, the misleading updates, and the complete failure to fulfill my order are unacceptable. This was a huge inconvenience and a very disappointing experience overall.

  Extremely disappointing experience – easily the worst takeout ordering process I’ve ever encountered. I placed an online order this morning for pickup at 11:30 a.m. The website clearly showed the restaurant opening at 11:00 a.m. and happily accepted my order with a promised ready time of 11:30. I arrived a few minutes early and waited in the lobby. By 12:10 (almost 45 minutes past the promised time), there was still no sign of life—no staff, no acknowledgment, nothing. I called the listed phone number multiple times and received no answer. Messages, online chat, every possible way of contacting them went completely ignored. Only later did I discover that—sometime after accepting my order—they quietly changed their posted hours online to show the location doesn’t open until 4:00 p.m. today. No notification, no cancellation, no apology, no refund initiated. Just radio silence while a customer stands in an empty lobby wondering what happened. Taking an order for a time when you apparently have no intention of being open is deceptive and unacceptable. I ended up leaving empty-handed after wasting nearly an hour.

  Food was ok the first time but took over a hour and a half to deliver and it was cold, second time they ignored the notes and didn't remove a item I'm allergic too so I can't eat it. The bread stick and dessert pizzas were good though
