I told it to cancel, and I hope it did, but who knows. I then called the store and talked to a real person who was great, took my order quickly, and the total was only $21 FOR THE SAME ORDER. I am writing this review only to let pizza hut know the AI crap sucks and needs to go away. Its going to destroy your business. Lucky the real person was great and very helpful. I almost just called papa Murphys down the road instead.

I was greeted with AI that then required me to place the order with no other option to connect with a real person. A really annoying computer that can barely understand me and took 20min to finish my order. Then it connected me with an actual team member and I thought they would've received the order I just made with the computer AND I HAD TO REDO MY WHOLE ORDER WITH THE DUDE ON THE PHONE. The whole process before was POINTLESS. The guy on the phone was a bit slow too, but it was late so I'm actually more understanding of that.
