They charged $13.77 to my card *FOUR TIMES* while the online shopping cart said "Try again later" yet no order was ever created and they refused to refund my money or even make the pizza "because we don't see any orders in our system" so they told me to call my bank and didn't give me any other option. So I just spent $55 on non-existent pizza that I'll never be able to eat and now I need to do the extra work myself to *hopefully* get that $55 refunded for pizza that I never received.

It was cold, missing the 3 extra sauces and still doughy and undercooked. Yes they refunded the order, however I had to recook the pizza they sent, and dealing with my diabetic wife’s plummeting glucose levels(dropped to 63). This is highly disappointing from a company I used to call my favorite. Pap John’s, you’re competing with places like the The Pie, step up your game or close your doors. This type of service was uncalled for, the product was inexcusable, and the only redeeming quality was your manager who initiated the refund. I would have gladly paid the cost for a quality product. Be better Papa John’s. You are going to continue to lose customers if you don’t.
