    Update: Would recommend using this Papa John's after speaking with the manager and her correcting the situation and problem. Very impressed on how she corrected the issue. Attached are Photos of the pizza. She did a fantastic job! Poor quality and poor service. Spent almost $30.00 with tip for a well done pizza and chocolate chip cookie. What did I get, a pizza that wasn't well done with very little cheese on half and under cooked. Got a brownie instead of a cookie. Why, because they were out of the cookie. So instead of calling and asking if I wanted the brownie, they just sent it. If they had called, I would have canceled the cookie and not got the brownie.

    I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and bacons about a week or two ago, I paid with some papa dough I had which is a reward for ordering from papa John’s. Today I didn’t use papa dought and my pizza looks so much different and better quality than the one I used papa dough for. How do You call it a reward if your employees see it as them not getting enough for there work and give you bad quality pizza my pizza today is 100% better than it was when I used the points.

    If you want to know when your pizza is ready or would hate to be told it was already picked BEFORE even telling you it's ready... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! So frustrating!
