Just told Jace the manager that this was the best chain food pizza experience I’ve ever had from the presentation to the delivery to the freshness and the taste it was all spot on. Whatever they’re doing, they should keep it up because it was incredible pizza and service.

He comes across as rude and dismissive, which really hurts the in-store experience. When I get it delivered, it’s amazing. The delivery drivers are always professional, respectful, and genuinely pleasant. I happily tip because they provide great service every time. It’s disappointing that the in-store management doesn’t reflect that same attitude. Because of this, I won’t come back into the store until management changes.
