I’ve ordered it every visit, and it never disappoints. The service is great overall—friendly and professional—but it could be just a bit more attentive during peak times. On my most recent visit, I tried the French dip. The flavor was good, but the bread was unfortunately overcooked, which took away from what could have been an excellent dish. That said, the atmosphere is comfortable, the food quality is generally solid, and it’s still a place I enjoy returning to—especially for that dip alone. Took almost 40 minutes to get our food. We had to ask for more water. The waiter was inattentive and snooty. This place is not fancy enough for the prices or the attitude. You are not representing Nordstrom or Salt Lake very well.
- TTTed TelfordDec 9, 20252.0The location of this grill is fantastic, as we were attending a concert across the street at abravanel hall. Nice (albeit a little odd) servers who were fairly attentive. However, they didn’t tell us in advance that all the items we had wanted to order off the menu weren’t available anymore. I ordered the French dip. Meat was icky. Fatty and grissely. The others at the table had the same experience with their French dip. My wife’s steak salad had great steak, but the avocado was over ripe, brown and bitter. My fries were good though :). Better options for the money.
