I’ve never had staff treat me so poorly at any restaurant, and then the store manager brushes it off as a misunderstanding and says she has to give her staff more training so that they will be honest and nice to their customers. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years and the service here has usually been okay, but now I will not offer any business to this location. The one good thing about this location is the drive thru attendant with the beard, he’s been great to work with and is the only kind person I’ve encountered at this McDonalds.. Please make him the store manager and I’m sure things will improve drastically!!!
