Food remnants under the structure. My little ones just 2 and 4 kept bringing me trash, like a straw, napkins, and food wrappers from within the play structure. It could use a deep clean.

My order was missing the Quarter Pounder at first, but when I came back the staff were very polite, apologized, and quickly fixed the mistake. Not only did they replace the Quarter Pounder, they also offered me a free coffee as compensation for the inconvenience — a really nice gesture. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and what matters is how they handle them. These guys handled it great. Thank you!
