- KKKrystinaJan 13, 20261.0there is an employee who works the early morning shift (mexican woman, time being around 6 AM) who is consistently rude whenever i come here. this is not a one-time issue, it happens every single time she is working the window. today, i had two separate orders. i waited at the first window, but it was dark and no one came, so i pulled up to the next window. when she opened the window, she immediately had an attitude with me. she handed me one of my drinks, and when i explained that i still needed to pay, she rolled her eyes! i gave her a $20 bill to pay for the first order, but she applied it to both transactions without asking or confirming with me. when i told her that wasn’t what i wanted, she stared me down aggressively. when she handed me my second order, she shoved it out without saying anything. there is absolutely no excuse for this level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior. customers should not be met with eye-rolling, aggression, or careless service simply for placing an order. this employee’s repeated behavior reflects poorly on the business, and it’s honestly baffling that it has been allowed to continue. either she needs serious retraining or she should not be in a customer-facing role at all.
