  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Christian at the Drive-Thru We want to recognize Christian at the McDonald’s drive-through for his absolutely outstanding customer service. He is one of the most kind, patient, and genuinely helpful people we’ve ever encountered at any fast-food restaurant. Every time we come through, he greets us with a smile and remembers our usual order, down to the details and sizes, without us even having to ask. With so many customers coming through every day, we’re not sure how he does it, but his attention to detail and consistency are remarkable. He’s always accommodating, gets everything right, and makes the entire experience feel personal. Christian is truly manager material and sets an amazing example of what great service looks like. McDonald’s is lucky to have him, we give him five stars across the board for friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers.

  i have NEVER been so angry with someone before. I ordered a meal for my husband and I and they didn’t fill out the large fry. It was pathetic. It was like I ordered a small fry. I went back in and the lady at the register was very kind of helped me and showed the kid and the kitchen. How to fill up a large try as I was walking out. He looks over. He goes. Damn, that’s a big mom. Of course she wants a large fry. Excuse me. I walked back and I just looked at them to let them know that I heard what he just said, and he just walked away all embarrassed. I don’t know what kind of establishment you are holding here, but I did not appreciate that comment at all. I am not death and I am not stupid. First of all I’m not even a mom. And secondly, you do not get to make a comment on somebody’s body size because you think it’s funny. It does not make you funny. It makes you sound stupid and it really shows who you truly are. So I will probably not be coming back to this McDonald’s. And I wouldn’t recommend coming back to this one. If you want to be made fun of. Usually I don’t care, but this really pissed me off because I literally did nothing wrong. I was asking them to fix the order, so don’t come to this one. If you don’t wanna be insulted. I walked back in because I was about to say something but knowing this Coward wouldn’t own up to what he said, I decided not to, so whoever the Manager is the store. Manager. This kid was on fries. He was tall, wearing a Gray shirt and a black hat. you have to do something about this. This is not OK. I’ve worked fast food and the behavior like that is not permitted. Anyway, that’s all.

  Went through the drive through this morning at 8:20 AM I used my points for a LARGE Carmel frappe and a hash brown with a McGriddle (sausage egg and cheese) went to pay for the sandwich and hash brown and they said did you have ice coffee? NO oh ok did you have a Carmel frappe I said yes. They wanted to hand me a small I said no LARGE then they handed me what I thought was a large but it’s a medium… then they handed me the McGriddle but it was just a sausage McGriddle… so frustrating and I wasted my points for nothing! I’m eating the sandwich because I’m hungry and pregnant so today was not a good day😂
