  Waited for my food in the drive thru and in the lobby which was complete chaos. Manager was not friendly and told me that is wasn't her fault. For was cold and the chaos was crazy

  Not only is McDonald’s food 💩 and unhealthy, but they are not prepared at the drive through window. Didn’t start making the Uber eats order until after I arrived, told them the order, AND waited in the drive through first line. Unprofessional

  Best McDonald's I've had in the valley. Clean, quick, and tasty. Soda dispensers were a little odd and hard to clean, so concerning but acceptable

  This place is a joke, don't waste your money. I know McDonalds isnt known for its exemplary service, but this place just takes the cake. Expect horrible attitudes from the workers awful wait times for simple orders.

  Review for McDonald’s – 1655 Redwood Rd We just left this location, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Our total was $17.04, and we handed the cashier $50.10 so we could get an even dollar back. He returned the dime and told us we had “paid too much.” We explained why we gave the extra ten cents, but when he handed back the change, it was completely wrong. We waited about eight minutes, honked, and eventually had to Google the store number to get a manager to the window. After explaining the situation, she gave us more change also incorrect. We told her the amount we paid, and it became clear the cashier had entered the wrong amount into the register and didn’t know the value of a dime. Instead of checking the receipt or using it as a teaching moment, the manager simply said, “Just tell me what he owes you and I’ll give it to you.” That didn’t inspire much confidence. I even suggested she stay and help him since he was struggling with basic money amounts. Her response was that he’s “just a kid” and that I shouldn’t care whether he knows how to count money. But if someone is working a register, knowing coin values seems like the bare minimum and accuracy shouldn’t depend on the customer correcting the staff. We come to this McDonald’s three times a day for our work crews, and the rest of the staff has always been great. But if getting correct change makes us feel like the bad guys, we may need to start taking our business to other fast‑food spots in the area.
