This mcdonalds is the worst. Whether you go through the drive thru and they mess up your oder. Or you order over the phone and choose to go inside and not the drive thru. Apparently if you have it ordered to go through the drive thru and decide to go inside because you know their drove thru is slow. Apparently you then have to wait because they have a system. Whats the system you ask? Apparently its a system that requires them to be unable to walk from the drive thru window to the counter which is roughly 3 steps. Great job mcdonalds you prove once again why well never come here again.

To be met with a melted ice cream they threw in a cup instead of remaking. Cold fries and no sorry in hand. Sad to say this is our future generation and this is what you all are allowing as a company. A mobile order taking over 20min with no business is diabolical

The manager and most of the employees here are a joke. The fact that they try and act like they dont speak English is absurd how do you run a business in America with nothing but Spanish employees that "act" like they don't speak or understand English??? Place needs to be revamped and overhauled !! EDIT - I reached out to corporate and got in touch with a fernando duran who claims he's the area supervisor i told him about all the issues ive had at this place and got IGNORED ...just wow I have since reached out to his boss and will be filing report with BBB as well ! These managers and corporate bosses are all a joke and im going to to keep coming until every one of them is held accountable!
