Monday morning's crew is not trained very well. I had a mobile that they say they could not find the order. Even though I had it on my phone and my credit card show's it was charged for the order. I had also donated to the Ronald McDonald House for the very first time on this order. I do not even know if they got my donation or not! Also, today for breakfast my sandwich had large pieces of eggshell in it. Nothing worse than chewing crunchy eggshells from your sandwich. Manager needs to train the staff way better. (Sean or Shawn is the manager.)

Sit and check your bag at the window before leaving, and absolutely never ever order anything for delivery because it WILL be missing items or just be wrong in general. I have visited this location and had my order correct maybe 3 times. Genuinely have gotten a 10 piece nugget meal and they didn't put the nuggets in. I've gotten a black iced coffee with nothing added and it was white as snow. This morning I ordered 3 hash browns and I got zero. Idk how it is so hard to read a screen and put items in a bag, I've worked fast food and I know it is not difficult, but I would say 80 percent of my orders from this place have come incorrect. They're by my house so thats why I go, but at this point its my fault for continuing to give them business. They cant even pick up an item and put it in a bag or read a screen. I'm usually very patient because I know the pay isn't a ton, but at this point it's just a waste of money.

Hello,
I am reaching out because I have repeatedly had issues with this McDonald’s location forgetting parts of my order. At this point it has happened at least eight different times. I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but the level of carelessness has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
Each visit I pay for a full order, and yet I continue to receive food missing items. I should not have to double-check my bag every single time or make a second trip back to the store just to get what I already paid for.
I’m requesting the following:
1. A refund or proper replacement for the missing items from my most recent order
2. A review of staff training and order accuracy at this location so this stops happening
I would appreciate a manager following up with me directly so this can be resolved. I genuinely like McDonald’s, but it shouldn’t be this difficult to receive a complete order — especially after this many times.

Two older ladies came in after me and wanted to order from a human. Nobody attended to them for a couple minutes. Finally, an off duty employee helped them order from the kiosk. Then Nobody helped them pay for it as they were wanting to pay with cash.
McDonald's is all about the apps and the kiosks now. Don't bother the human workers. That's nothing against the employees. I the the employees are doing their best, but the McD's corporate rules are what I'm unhappy with.
I waited for 15 minutes after ordering from the kiosk. It was a simple order. I don't recommend.
