    What’s wrong with this picture? None of the staff can see me so I can’t order. I placed a mobile order and ofc they didn’t leave it out cause why would they and ofc I can’t get anybody’s attention to pick it up. Franchise owner has a smooth brain

    The new setup in all mcdonalds is terrible. Everyone just hides behind the wall and helps no one up front. I almost posted a 2 minute video with ppl just waiting in front for help. Employee just walked away from me. Twice then yelled at me as she walked away a 3rd time how she's busy and she's not walking away. But it seems the new norm at mcdonalds since they changed the layout. Out of sight out of mind. They hide in back then in drive throughs have you pull in a spot and wait. This one for sure but all mcdonalds have gone SERIOUSLY downhill. Fast was one of the only perks
