Everytime I come to this location. They always have a reason to mess up my order even when I pay extra for the special toppings.
Dont ask for your food to be fresh they'll make sure its cold. Very un professional atmosphere I waited in line for 17 min for nasty soggie food.
I swear everytime I come to this loaction they can never get it right.
I think corporate needs to know about the management.That happens here and step in because nobody else is doing anything about it.
And if you complain to the manager she will hang uo on you and no you wont get you meal replaced.

This location consistently fails to meet even the most basic McDonald’s standards. I have visited over a dozen times hoping for improvement, and it has never happened.
Customer service is consistently poor. Orders take far too long, staff often do not acknowledge customers, and my drink is frequently forgotten. The food is almost always cold, including the fries — something I’ve never experienced at any other McDonald’s.
My most recent visit around 8:00 PM was unacceptable: cold food, a hard foreign object in the meal, fries that tasted off, and again, no drink. I discarded the entire order.
This location appears poorly managed and completely disorganized. I strongly recommend a corporate pop-up visit or audit, as this store is operating far below brand expectations.
I will not return.

Yesterday afternoon I went to McDonald’s to pick up a Diet Coke and as I got closer to the end of my Diet Coke, I saw a piece of cinnamon chewing gum that a McDonald’s employee had spit out into my soda. I am completely disgusted. I will never go to a McDonald’s again, as much as I have enjoyed their Diet Coke before I and I’m so grossed out. This is unsanitary and absolutely disgusting.

Well it's McDonald's lol you know what your getting or going for lol but if I would've rated this on the day I wouldn't have given it 4 stars. I'm now on cornodo island in sandiago California and for the same meal I was charged 6 bucks for in utah I paid 13..... and to boot it tasted better in utah...

I have been coming to this McDonald's for years because of its proximity to my work. It's the only McDonald's around with a drive-thru. And all the time I've come here I've always been as polite and cheerful as possible because I take very seriously the idea of being polite to people who prepare your food. In all this time I've never left a bad review because I just turned the other cheek. This McDonald's is by far the worst customer experience of any McDonald's I have ever been to in all my life. It's almost like it's part of the training manual by the managers and owner to be as rude as humanly possible. Never in all my years of coming here has anyone so much as said a friendly hello, or you're so very welcome, or have a great day. They practically throw the food at you through the window, they're never smiling and they never reply to politeness. On top of all this they constantly get the orders wrong. The managers of this establishment are severely lacking and it shows. I can only assume the ownership must be equally impolite as they are incompetent
