  I ordered two orange juices for my wife and I and some fries. The orange juices were extremely watered down and undrinkable and the cashier didn't give me a receipt

  Honestly disputing the charge for the food cause this is actual bs. A quarter pounder deluxe has a lot more items than this sham.

  Stopped here to get some breakfast before heading out of town for a quick breakfast. Sat at a table for 45 minutes waiting for our food. Had to go up and tell them they forgot about us. Once we received our food we only got half of our order. Waited another 25 minutes before being helped. Decided to leave without or food because the help is non existent. Usually don’t leave reviews but this is crazy. Nearly an hour and a half for some pancakes and hash browns?

  Is this the greatest McDonald’s in the country? I could see someone trying to make that argument, then eventually giving up. Here’s what I appreciate. As Utah finally puts on its big boy pants, and SLC grows into an international city, this McDonald’s offers foreign currency machines! It’s one of the hidden gems of the city— especially if you’re rocking yen, rupees, or pounds (monetarily speaking😉)! Hell, I think it’ll even gobble up Loonies like ducks eating bread from an old man after his wife’s death! I highly recommend just trying these machines out just to see the difference in exchange rates! Pro tip: Compare to xe.com and send complains directly to the clown.

  Aggravating!!! The first thing I am greeted with is rude tone and barely understandable voice over the intercom. I was willing to give the benefits of doubt to it simply being a intercom issue. But after I placed my order I drove up to the window to find a individual wearing a fabric mask no gloves with an attitude that was frankly unacceptable. If they are not feeling well they should not be working, but if they are going to work anyway then they should have been wearing gloves to help prevent the spread of whatever ails them. But if they are simply wearing the fabric mask (which does nothing to stop the spread of illness but does a fabulous job making them impossible to understand) for fear of working around others find a different profession you obviously do not have the customer service to handle being a McDonald's worker which in all honesty is already a pretty low bar. Honestly I am sorry I stopped at this McDonald's and will not be returning. And if you are reading this you, I would recommend avoiding this establishment as well for your own sake. Aggravated and disappointed and a waste of my money.
