I don’t know who made the decision or why it came about, but the fact remains the same: the new foam cups are the worst. The lids do not stay on and something about the shape makes it so they no longer fit in the cup holders of either of our cars without the lid popping off of one when removing the other. More than once, a minor tip over has resulted in a giant mess. The old cups could take a surprising amount of abuse. I understand if there have been issues with suppliers. I applaud the effort to implement a universal lid. It did not work. Whatever drove the decision to make this change is not worth what we are left with. Honestly, whoever green-lit this should be fired. My petition: bring the old cups and lids back. Until then, I will be going to Holiday. I am not alone in this, by the way. Others I know have responded similarly. I held out for a while but the time has come. Until something changes, you know where to find me. Sometimes, it sparkles and sometimes it is a hazy fog of confusion. Why?! Well my friend, ya need a guide. This Maverik is THE spot for grabbing something that hits the spot. They have hot foods, cool snacks, sweet treats, and extra yumm yumms that really can't be beat. BonFire Grill always layering the flavor you savor. Biscuits, burritos, pizza, and Cinnabon, who does that all for your convenience? I SAID A CINNABON, YO! MAVERIK, that's who! Now- Getcha' grub on! 😉😋😬
