Went to the counter to check out, put in my phone number as instructed on the card machine and as I did Barbara said now I needed to wait for her machine to reset because I don’t read. Firstly the machine instructs you to input your number to save rewards and I am a rewards member. When met with Barbara’s rude and inconsiderate comment I simply suggested they put up a sign or audibly tell people not to do that since it instructs you to put your number in and when I said this Barbara got nasty and said “maybe its for employee use” to which I said how am I supposed to know this?! I have called the store 3 times now during normal business hours with no answer or response. This store deserves the 1 star they are getting. I am appalled to have been treated like that as a paying customer.
