    I’m just really confused because I seen a big black ice cream cone on top of the building and I went in and they don’t serve any ice cream. I settle for the Italian sub and it was fabulous! 🤠

    Will NEVER be back to this Jimmy Johns. I had my app and was ready to use my reward. I wanted a sandwich, chips, and a drink all rang up SEPERATELY so I could use my reward, but the lady rang that all up as a combo, so I couldnt use my free reward. Good thing I noticed this on the receipt while I was eating! I still paid $10 for a meal. Should've been less then that. The manager ended up refunding me, but it was an inconvenience having to deal with the employees arguing with me back & forth about this. NO customer service should be filled with back-talk or arguing with employees at a restaurant. Just apologize, fix it, or refund, and move on. This new generation of young people have ALOT to learn in this workforce!

    Took my order, then I called back 40 minutes later and they said they don’t have my order, that they don’t deliver to my address and was very unprofessional.

    I had a young lady named Taneil, deliver my 2 sandwiches too my door today. I tried thanking her but she was so rude to me saying to shut up and to not order my sandwiches with extra topping ever again. And was very rude.. this is not how service should be I was gonna tip her 10 dollars but she was very Rude for no reason at all... I will be contacting a manager soon about this..
