I went to grab some lunch at this location. I ordered from the kiosk a Spicy Easy Coast Italian sandwhich. I overheard one of the workers tell the other they were out of capocollo but never mentioned anything to me. When I got back to my office to eat my lunch I noticed not only did it not have capocollo but it also had no provolone cheese. If there was anything they could not put into the sandwhich that is normally in it they should inform the customer prior to making the sandwhich.

Rude workers who don’t speak English well, I ordered extra everything on my sandwich and got one slice of ham and one slice of provolone, three strands of lettuce and 2 tomato’s.

Over the last few years, airport food has clearly made an effort to step up its game, aiming for better quality and consistency. On this visit, the bright spot was Lucas. He provided excellent service and truly stood out in a fast paced airport environment. He was friendly, attentive, and efficient, with a calm, professional demeanor that made the interaction pleasant and easy. Lucas clearly understands good customer service, and his attitude reflected well on the brand. Unfortunately, the food itself fell short. I ordered a JJBLT with onions, and the execution did not match expectations. As shown in the photos, there was very little lettuce and tomato, and the onions were never added at all. The bacon did make an appearance, but it could not carry the sandwich on its own. The bread was also disappointing. It lacked the soft, airy, chewy texture that I typically expect from Jimmy John’s, coming across denser and less fresh than usual. Everyone knows airport pricing comes at a premium, often at least thirty percent higher, and in this case that higher price delivered a substandard product. While I appreciate Lucas and his excellent service, when I pass through again, I will likely choose a different restaurant for my airport bite.

The quality of food is fine but the amount is ridiculous. Buy a turkey sandwich and get a single slice of turkey for $8. Basically a lettuce and pepper sandwich

At the SLC Airport. Had to wait for a manager to get a manager to get my receipt. My tiny 3 inch sandwich tasted good while it lasted. My husband ordered the same & his was much larger. Price was OK, but was disappointed about the size. I shared this with the manager & she said "yes they are small", when I mentioned that I was disappointed she smiled & shook her head yes & walked away??
