  GF placed an order for delivery, it's been 2 hours, called several times, said they were behind after the first hour. After the 2nd hour, called and said they were closed and would have to call back in the morning for a refund. Manager was Chelsea. Why does the Jimmy John's in downtown close at 7pm, when everywhere else is open until at least 9?? And why would they close before getting out all the orders that were placed and paid for? Insane.

  Online orders are a complete afterthought here. Walk-ins get served immediately while you wait 30–45 minutes (or more). Asked multiple times about my order status, nothing but shrugs. Ended up walking out. Terrible customer service.

  We use this Jimmy Johns location at least three times a week for various client meetings-sometimes very large gatherings. The food is always correct, fresh and delicious. Their deliveries are consistently on time (or before). And their delivery people are super-friendly. Jameson and his team are awesome! Thank you for the great food and service!!!

  First time there ,from out of town, no other customers at all in place. All workers were sitting in booth talking. Proceeded to counter , man at cash register just looks at me, no greeting at all, kind of seemed annoyed we were there. So took our order and took the longest I have ever waited on a sandwich at any Jimmy Johns. The food was pretty much like any other place. As we were eating the employees were once again at booth talking, when I turned around I noticed the guy who took our order was making suggestive <seemed kind of inappropriate> gestures/moving of the hips when he was talking to other employee. Not sure what that was all about , but seemed very unprofessional. Worse Jimmy Johns I have ever been to as far as service.

  Horrible customer service just straight up rude and completely messed up our order would not recommend
