  It took over an hour for my sandwich to be delivered. The only modifications I requested was for no onions and the sandwich to be cut in half. Neither of those things happened. I hate my sandwich

  It seems like this branch has no semblance of basic customer service skills. More than once I order a simple sandwich a la carte, and they forget my order leaving me to wait for 15+ minutes and waste most of my lunch break. I need consistency if I'm going to order here because my lunch break is relatively short. This last time the issue was they were out of a specific ingredient for my order. Instead of telling me like a rationale business, they just took my money and made me sit there and wait. When I asked for an eta, they said they hadn't started because they dont have the ingredients. I asked for a refund and they refused it and said they would make my sandwich with what they had. Seriously incompetent. I am blown away. Won't be returning.

  Won’t ever eat there again, and it’s not for the food. There is predatory parking enforcement in the parking lot, next to them. Parking Solutions is the company and they booted our truck. It was a $75 ticket. One of our vehicle mates went to Jimmy Jon’s while we ate at Tony’s. They booted us because he left the parking lot and did not eat at Tony’s. We used to really love JimmyJons, but it ruined our experience and we won’t be back.

  GF placed an order for delivery, it's been 2 hours, called several times, said they were behind after the first hour. After the 2nd hour, called and said they were closed and would have to call back in the morning for a refund. Manager was Chelsea. Why does the Jimmy John's in downtown close at 7pm, when everywhere else is open until at least 9?? And why would they close before getting out all the orders that were placed and paid for? Insane.
