Did not follow instructions! Come on, man text me, it's simple! Driver did not text me prior to delivery was instructed. He did not call me. He could have called and he definitely should have texted me. Instead, he sat it on the porch and I didn't know the food was there until I called and was told the food had already been delivered, so I checked my porch and luckily it was there. That shows the driver didn't give one ioda if he had delivered the food to the correct address. I tipped him $5 and I wish I had that back x2 now. The disrespect of that driver drives me crazy. Luckily, I was at a house instead of at my apartment or someone could have snagged my food before I even knew it was there

Their motto is “Freaky Fast” but it’s everything but. Really frustrating when you only have a 40 minute lunch break and it takes longer than that for them to make one sandwich. Never have this problem with any of the other locations.

Feels like a high school hangout for the employees. Yelling. Not paying attention. Took 15 min to make 2 subs with no one else in the restaurant
