  That was possibly the worst order/delivery experience I've had in a long time. If that was my only experience I'd have given 1 star. Names on the sandwiches were mixed up. As in it's like they put the parts of the names per sandwich on a jar and re paired them randomly together again Diet Coke ordered, full sugar coke received (so it's going down the drain because I'm a diabetic thanks) Sandwiches that arrived taste great, even the additional ingredients added were included on the sandwiches But to top it all off the driver put it in front of my storm door.... And then when I opened it gently the bag tipped over and the pasta fell out upside down. Driver. Stays in the car. Me. Goes around the back of the house to walk in the rain to get my food without crushing or tipping literally everything including drinks. Driver. Stays in the car still. I was in socks too. I'm taking the time to write this review because you can't flag issues in the app and sure I can call. And they will tell me some sort of credit was given to my account. But I'm 95 percent sure next time I call to order I'll have nothing showing as a credit on my phone number as usual again.

  By far the best Jimmy Johns experience I have ever had in my life! Only seconds after I paid, I had an 8 inch pepe and a bag of chips in my hands. Justin was super quick and even gave me a high five, making me feel special. Give that guy a raise! I will definitely be returning.

  I asked for a large italian sub with lettuce and tomato i paid and left 30 minutes and I was home I found a JUMBO SIZE INSIDE ROLL ONLY ROAST BEEF ONE SLICE OF TOMATO AND very little lettuce no italian meats or cheese I ate it anyway. I cant understand i paid 17.58 Didn't get what i asked for [ it was too late to drive back.
